I’m energized by looking beyond what is to imagine what could be. I enjoy turning a picture of a better future into a vision people can work toward together.
A great idea may start with one person, but bringing it to life takes a community.

I see the current state as a starting point, not the finish line. I enjoy spotting opportunities to make experiences, processes, and outcomes better.
When something works well, I’m curious about how it could work even better.

My Hobbies
Outside of work, I’m a musician, a dog parent, a content creator, and an improv comedy performer.
In improv, we “have each other’s backs.” Every moment is a gift. We build scenes by listening, adapting, and “yes, and…”-ing. That’s exactly how I projects. I don’t bulldoze ahead with assumptions; I collaborate, respond, and co-create.
